Local Shipping in Lebanon:
The Walkers offers an exchange policy.
Feel free to exchange with any size, color or a different item, by notifying our team of the exchange within 24 hours of receiving your order. If the order has surpassed the time limit, it's no longer eligible on our computer system.
You have to contact us via Instagram chat to confirm your exchange.
The item must be in the same condition and in its original package, unworn with the labels attached, otherwise the exchange will unfortunately not be accepted.
Kindly note that the customer is responsible for the full shipping fees.
We do not accept returns for any reason at the moment.
During sale periods, we do not accept exchanges for any reason.
Some items are not eligible for exchange and are mentioned under the product description.
International shipping with DHL:
We do not accept returns or exchange at the moment.
Delivery & Shipping
You can purchase the item knowing that it will be delivered to you safely, from the moment you place your order until it arrives to your doorstep.
Local Shipping: We provide delivery services across all Lebanese regions. Local shipments usually take anywhere between 1 - 8 days to be received.
International Shipping: We offer worldwide shipping through DHL shipping company. International shipments duration will be shown while checking out as it depends on your country.
Kindly note that the customer is responsible for the full shipping, logistics and tax.

The Walkers accepts the following payment methods.
COD: You can pay through this method (cash on delivery) if you're in Lebanon only.
Credit Card:
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express, Maestro and JCB cards.
Amazon Express:
When selecting this option at checkout, you will be directed to the Amazon Expresssite to complete your purchase before returning to our site.
Apple Pay:
Make sure you are logged in with your Apple ID. If necessary, enter your billing, delivery and contact information to confirm payment.
